We didn't know we would be rubbing elbows with legendary food carts:
The Creme Brulee man (who I missed yet again).
Adobo Hobo (delicious), which reminded me of Nery who fed me Pancit and Chicken Feet and Chicken Soup with Green Papaya as a child.
Seoul on Wheels (following on the heels of Korean tacos from LA).
Some hot links all the ways from Alabama that were so yammy. It made me want to do a BBQ tour of the south. We might have to make a BBQ pork pie.
We sold out of our savory pies in 3 hours the first day and within 2 hours on the second day. We got a lot of good feedback.
We made a little money,- not much when all the costs were factored in. But, heh!- we got our name out there, had a blast, ate a bunch, and managed to deliver our goods without too many technical problems.
